Underlying Beliefs
~Agency and Contextual Influence~
We can live our life to the fullest when we take responsibility for the decisions that we make in our lives. This involves making active decisions about the direction in which to take our lives. At the same time, we do not exist by ourselves in a vacuum. The decisions and choices that we make in our lives are influenced by the people and the context in which we exist. It is important to acknowledge and understand the factors that contribute to our worlds.
~Self-knowledge~
Self-knowledge, or knowledge about who you are and how you relate to your world, allows you to become a more adaptable and flexible person. We make smarter life decisions if we know ourselves better.
~Making Changes~
The process of identifying and achieving our life goal is just as important as the goal itself. Human beings are constantly changing and developing throughout our lives, regardless of our chronological age. It is never too late to stop and examine.
